Mark began his financial services career in 1994 and has served as a financial advisor, producing branch manager, complex director, and regional sales manager. That diverse experience led him to found Kinetic Strategic Partners in 2012 as Albers & Associates Consulting. Mark was born in Montreal, Canada, and speaks fluent French. He has four adult children and now lives in Redondo Beach, CA with his wife and five dogs, his hobbies are fostering and rescuing dogs, CrossFit and Olympic weightlifting.

Karen is Kinetic’s Chief Operating Officer. Prior to joining Kinetic, she was an office administrator, software sales rep, and office manager for both CPA and law firms. When she’s away from Kinetic, she raises, trains, and places Alaskan Klee Kai dogs as owner of Beach Klee Kai.

Frank’s career has spanned multiple industries and he has served as chief financial officer and served on the board of directors at Cornerstone International Group, one of the world’s largest retained executive search organization. He has provided management consulting expertise for more than 500 successful engagements during his career. Frank spends his free time with his wife, six children, and Alaskan Husky.

Randy began his career in financial services as a financial advisor at Smith Barney, Harris Upham before moving to PaineWebber in 1993 (which became UBS in 2000). Randy served in a several roles over the years, including as branch manager, market area manager, and regional director, and throughout that time he coached and mentored many advisors, and having a long-lasting impact on their lives beyond work. A resident of Redondo Beach, CA, Randy enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, and with his two dogs!

William Svoboda is an accomplished veteran with 36 years in the financial services industry. He was an advisor in the San Francisco office of Dean Witter for 8 years before serving in a variety of management positions. He was Branch Manager in San Francisco and Chicago, Complex Manager in San Jose, Area Manager in Palo Alto and District Manager for Central California, and then served as the Managing Director for Alex Brown in San Francisco.

Concurrently, Bill was actively involved with FINRA serving on the National Adjudicatory Council and two terms on the Statutory Disqualification Committee. He is a currently a member of the FINRA Mediator Panel.

Bill has a BS in Industrial Engineering from the University of Illinois and a JD from Golden Gate University. He is a member of the California BAR. Before entering financial services, he was an officer in the US Navy for 5 years. More recently, he was on the Board of Directors of the Pearl Harbor Memorial Fund.

He is a resident of Rancho Mirage, California where he enjoys his family, golf, cooking and the morning ritual of solving Sudoku, Cryptoquip and the NYT crossword puzzles.
