We will not disclose information that you have disclosed to us, including information about your practice, your strategies, or any personal information.  We do not collect any information about your clients.  

We will ask for your permission before disclosing any information to any firm(s) that you are evaluating and/or that you intend to engage as a new firm or new business partner.

We restrict access to non-public information to those individuals who need to know that information to provide services to you and perform their duties.  We maintain physical, electronic, and procedural security measures to safeguard your information.
